Consciously clients heal through a variety of expressive, experiential, spiritual, and talk therapy methods.  Subconsciously, because 90% of our behavior is subconscious, we help individuals heal through a variety of techniques such as Massage Therapy, Cranial Sacral, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Acupuncture (ACUDETOX),  Sound Vibration Therapy, Biofeedback, Forest Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Sand Therapy.  We help you heal from the inside out!
